When a book leaves us it is in pristine condition and we use the recommended packaging of La Poste, the Belgian post office, to
send the books to you. Great care is taken to ensure that your book will arrive in the condition it left here but in case it does not,
we will provide a refund if the book is returned to us. If the book is unused, then we will refund up to 100% of the price paid
but if the book shows signs of use, then we will refund 50% of the purchase price.
If eDocs or eBooks have become corrupted during download, then we will arrange for you to have access to the document again
to enable a satisfactory download to occur.
Indeed, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you have bought when you receive it, you should
immediately contact us, using the form below, and explain the situation and supply us with an email address (or, if that is not possible,
a telephone number) so that we can address the problem.
